Syria's Energy Ministry said a 64,000-ton diesel shipment had arrived through Aramco Trading and that coordination was underway for another delivery in early November, Syria TV reported Thursday.

The ministry said petroleum affairs official Ghiyath Diab held a video meeting with a Saudi delegation led by energy adviser Fouad Mousa to review cooperation and supply arrangements.

The talks covered contracts, management of hydrocarbon resources and opportunities for Saudi companies in Syria's energy sector. Officials also discussed technical workshops and coordination with Syria's Finance Ministry.

The next shipment remains planned; the ministry did not describe it as delivered or announce its size.
