Syria and South Africa discussed ways to improve visa procedures and consular services during a meeting in Damascus on Wednesday, according to SANA.
Mohammad al-Omar, director of consular affairs at Syria’s Foreign Ministry, met South African Ambassador Ashraf Yusuf Suleiman. The talks covered bilateral relations and cooperation on services for citizens of both countries.
SANA did not report a new visa policy or an implementation timetable.
