A Syrian Foreign Ministry delegation and Türkiye’s ambassador reviewed the implementation of bilateral agreements during a meeting in Damascus on Wednesday, SANA reported.
The delegation, led by Turkish Affairs Office director Abdul Razzaq Shams al-Din, visited the embassy’s new premises and met Ambassador Nuh Yilmaz.
The talks covered existing agreements and memorandums of understanding, progress in carrying them out and ways to expand cooperation.
The visit also conveyed congratulations for Türkiye’s Republic Day. SANA did not report the signing of a new agreement at the meeting.
